Eligibility & Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they are:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Underwear & Nightwear (unless faulty) and Swimwear with removed hygiene liners. Custom-tailored items from our Suits & Tailoring collection are final sale.

Returns Process

  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice

Exchange Process

For exchanges in our Dresses, Outerwear, or other collections:

  1. Follow the standard returns process
  2. Specify desired alternative item(s) in your return request
  3. We’ll process your exchange once original items are received
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of faulty items. We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($8-$15)
  • International: DHL or FedEx International Economy (varies by location)

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Sale items will be refunded at purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
