We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS

  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Basic tracking included

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons.

Returns & Exchanges

Our streamlined returns process mirrors the precision of our Jeans & Trousers tailoring – designed for your complete satisfaction.

Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery for most items when:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging remain intact
  • Proof of purchase is included

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Underwear & Nightwear (unless faulty)
  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Custom items from our Suits & Tailoring collection (final sale)

Returns Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and completed return request template
  2. Receive Authorization: Our style specialists will respond within 48 hours with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Include all original packaging and a copy of your invoice
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Panama City facility using a trackable service

Exchange Process

For exchanges in our Dresses, Outerwear, or other eligible collections:

  • Follow the standard returns process
  • Specify desired alternative item(s) in your return request
  • We’ll process your exchange once original items are received
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded accordingly

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for faulty items. We recommend:

  • US Customers: USPS Priority Mail with tracking ($8-$15)
  • International: DHL or FedEx International Economy (cost varies by location)

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Appearance in Your Account: 5-10 business days (depending on your financial institution)

Note: Sale items are refunded at purchase price. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive damaged items from our All In Ones or other collections:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping and expedited replacement
